About Marketing Bootcamp: Strategic Planning

This 4- session series of interactive workshops was designed exclusively by Mark Evans, our Expert Advisor (Marketing), for Innovation Factory clients who are pre-revenue, or newly in-revenue and are ready to start their marketing efforts or need to quickly validate their current strategy and tactics.

You will learn how to rank and prioritize your marketing activities based on three key factors: time, people and money. We’ll discuss how to set goals and how to measure and optimize performance to drive ROI.

We’ll explore the key components of a strategic plan and offer insight into how to customer research and competitive intelligence.
