This 4- session series of interactive workshops was designed exclusively by Mark Evans, our Expert Advisor (Marketing), for Innovation Factory clients who are pre-revenue, or newly in-revenue and are ready to start their marketing efforts or need to quickly validate their current strategy and tactics.

You can register for 1, or all of the workshops (we recommend the whole series for maximum benefit). You will need to register for each session individually.

Brand positioning refers to the unique value that a brand presents to its customer.

In this session, we will focus on how companies can differentiate themselves and position themselves as the only option within an ultra-competitive landscape.

We’ll focus on how to clearly articulate what you do, who you serve, why what you do matters (aka benefits and value) and how you’re different, better or unique.

We will also discuss how to use positioning after it has been developed to drive your marketing and sales efforts.
