With Gotcare, you can enable proactive health management and intervention in the home – we provide alerts of patient health changes in real-time, and can dispatch a community care worker in the same day/next day to address acute and chronic needs right at home. Services include in-home care, remote care monitoring, virtual clinician support, and data analytics. We provide timely access to in-home health services regardless of where the patient lives, including service to over 100 remote communities across Canada.
