Corlibra is a prescribed medical device, developed by experts in the healthcare industry, which empowers seniors to take control of their heart failure symptoms. It consists of a Bluetooth weighing scale paired with a tablet that has been specifically designed to address the needs of seniors. Corlibra is an individualized and user-centered solution promoting self-care in seniors in the home setting using a validated water pill algorithm. Corlibra addresses potential barriers that seniors face when using digital health technology. Using a B2B model, we plan to sell Corlibra to homecare companies, primary healthcare teams, specialized clinics, and retirement homes.
