The Agency is an experiential learning facility operating within the McKeil School of Business at Mohawk College. Students from a variety of programs including advertising, public relations, marketing, graphics, broadcast media, journalism and photography collaborate in developing real-world marketing and communications solutions for selected businesses in the greater Hamilton area.
When organizations apply to The Agency they review all submissions to identify which best fit their mandate, their participating programs and its capacity. The Agency matches client needs with the program that can best provide the most appropriate solutions. Student teams are then assigned to the project. All Agency client projects are integrated into the curriculum and students work and are marked, under close faculty supervision.
