PARO is a national and international award-winning a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women-owned companies across Canada. PARO offers support from ideation to export, and leads two trade missions every year. PARO offers free business counselling, programs to help women scale to over one million in revenue, character-based loans, education and networking opportunities.
PARO’s “BIZCamps” help women-owned companies grow from $50K to $250K, then from $250K to over a million in revenue. PARO also offers “Investor-Ready BIZCamps”, and in Ontario, PARO is the WEOC-loan partner. PARO is North America’s largest women-centered peer-to-peer lending credit program which operates through groups of four to seven women.
