Following their go-live of a telemedicine and remote patient monitoring software, Reliq Health Technologies is excited to announce they now have 1,000 patients live on the platform.

Reliq’s remote patient monitoring system quickly and easily collects comprehensive health data from patients in their own homes. The cloud-based, collaborative platform gives patients, family members, and caregivers access to pertinent health information. This helps the care team identify patients whose condition is becoming unstable and intervene early, before a serious complication develops requiring an ER visit or hospital admission.

Reliq’s telemedicine efforts are spearheaded by the powerful care coordination platform created by iUGO Health (iF client).
