Innovation Factory is pleased to welcome two new summer students to their team; Paolo Di Donato will be IF’s Client Services Coordinator and Cassandra D’Ambrosio will fill the role of Marketing & Communications Coordinator.

Paolo is a recent graduate from Niagara College studying International Commerce and Global Development. He loves new ideas and is excited to be further developing his knowledge of entrepreneurship. Paolo recently participated in Startup Weekend Hamilton 4 where he rallied people to form VASA, a company that created a voice automated shopping assistant.

Cassandra is a McMaster University student in her fourth year studying Communication Studies and Multimedia (CSMM). Aside from her studies, Cassandra is the President of the CSMM Student Society and is often found volunteering within the Hamilton community. Having previously held an internship at Factor[e] design initiative, Cassandra is very excited to integrate previous marketing and communication skills and develop new ones in her placement at Innovation Factory.
