YWCA Uplift Data Lab – Data Analytics and Electrification program overview
Innovation Factory is excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership with YWCA Hamilton—the YWCA Uplift Data Lab Program. This collaborative initiative aims to achieve multiple objectives, benefiting not only Innovation Factory clients but also women and non-binary individuals seeking valuable work experience in a non-traditional workplace.
About the YWCA Uplift Data Lab Program
The YWCA Uplift Data Lab program offers skilled support to Innovation Factory clients at the Validation, Efficiency, or Scale stage, with a full time team member who can provide mentorship to the candidate, towards completion of a data-specific project.
This 8-week job placement program, commencing on June 30, 2025 and ending on August 22, 2025, offers startups a unique opportunity to mentor and work alongside candidates who are passionate about data analytics and electrification. You can dedicate 3-10 hours per month to provide guidance to the candidates, ensuring that your project objectives are met.
Candidates are enrolled in the YWCA Uplift Data Lab Program and come with a solid foundation in data analytics and electrification. They are either reskilled or upskilled on the latest topics, ensuring they are equipped with the most current knowledge to add value to your project.
