Sales Power Hour: A Founder’s Guide to High Performance Sales Talent

Founders are typically focused on product and rarely ever focused on how to position and sell the product. Often times, founders will take an A/B testing, “lean startup” approach to product, but do not apply the same ideologies into their sales. This session is to help bridge that gap!

We will be focused on laying down the foundations of what a modern sales team needs. Alan Lau, Outbound Sales Manager at Uvaro, will be walking you through a timeline of tools/metrics each stage requires, and when scaling is typically done so that your sales team can succeed!
