Synapse Competition: Commercialization Plan Training – Part 1 and 2

Building a commercialization plan is crucial for entrepreneurs in the life science industry as it provides a strategic roadmap for successfully bringing innovative products or services to market.

In this highly regulated and complex sector, a well-developed commercialization plan helps entrepreneurs navigate through various challenges such as regulatory approvals, market access, and reimbursement strategies. It outlines a clear path for translating scientific advancements into viable business opportunities, ensuring that the product meets both clinical and commercial objectives.

Part 1: Commercialization Plan Training

The Synapse finalists will receive training and guidance on how to develop a life science commercialization plan including market pain, solution identification, market opportunity, business model, implementation plan and resources required as well as competitive landscape, risk assessment and team profiles.

Speaker: Bernard Lim, Innovation Factory Expert Advisor.
Bernard founded a medical device company which he grew and led to a highly successful acquisition by a global pharmaceutical. As CEO, Board Chair and Director, he has led the growth of both start-ups and corporate multinationals spanning diverse industry sectors including biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices, electronics and high technology across US, Canada and Europe.

Part 2: Commercialization Plan Training
