We believe in the economic independence of coffee farmers and community development in the places where they live and work. We believe that coffee should be grown and harvested sustainably, without the use of harmful pesticides and/or practices. All of this encourages a healthier planet, healthy communities and a better cup of coffee.

RELAY is dedicated to the craftsmanship of roasting coffee in small batches with skill and care. Diligent attention is given to time, temperature, colour, & aroma in the roasting process. Each origin of coffee is roasted with a unique roast profile to achieve the full potential of its flavours, tones and nuances.
