Mid Term Rental Properties is a proptech company operating in a dual marketplace with property hosts and guests. We offer a platform and service that provides quality assured furnished and all inclusive accommodations of 30+ day stays to those in transition. Guests can be individuals such as those undergoing home renovations, insurance claims, families needing a place between moves, or companies such as service based companies or those with multiple satellite offices needing employee travel and relocation. Our clients are also newcomers to the country needing our services while getting settled and traveling healthcare staff . Currently we are in 50+ cities in Canada and are expanding into the USA and Internationally.
