LiONS LAIR 2023: Media Training

The LiONS LAIR competition finalists will receive Media and Communication Training.


Andrea Montgomery, APR, Prosci Vice President, Redbrick Communications, CPRS Hamilton – Business Development Chair

Andrea is a Vice President at Redbrick Communications, an agency based out of Mississauga. She advises, works with and trains leaders in the private, mot for profit and public sectors. Her expertise is in strategy, change and issues management and media relations. She is accredited with CPRS, is a change management practitioner with Prosci, and she holds a BA from the University of Waterloo

Josie Cassano Rizzuti, MCM, APR, ArcelorMittal Dofasco & McMaster University CPRS Hamilton – Treasurer

Joise is a Communication Strategist, a Graduate Instructor & Consultant. At ArcelorMittal Dofasco she is currently on assignment with the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team. Her expertise is with Communication strategy. She is accredited with the CPRS and holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a B.Comm from McMaster University.
