The Capital Game Plan: Funding strategies for entrepreneurs
Empower your business with the tactics, language and mechanics of dilutive (equity) capital options, so you can successfully build a runway for your company. Throughout these sessions, we will help you navigate the landscape of financial resources available for your business, simulate scenarios that could impact ownership dilution, and delve into Angel, Seed and Series A (Venture Capital) raises. We will explore valuation, the process of raising equity capital and dive into common terms and conditions.
Our goal is to help you be well-versed and comfortable with dilutive capital options and, should you decide to proceed down the route of VC capital, for you to have the highest chances of success in your Seed and Series A rounds. We want an investor to walk away from a conversation with you being impressed by your fluency and confidence!
This program was built and is delivered by venture capital investors and C-suite CFOs who’ve lived through the capital journey themselves.
