What You’ll Learn

In this session, you will have the opportunity to connect with Hispanotech, a not-for-profit association of Latin American professionals in Canada. Through this connection, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the value that immigrant professionals bring to the table, particularly those who are new to Canada and eager to establish themselves in the workforce. This event will cover several key areas:

  • Connecting with Hispanotech: Hispanotech is a powerful resource for businesses seeking to diversify and strengthen their teams. This not-for-profit association connects entrepreneurs with a network of skilled Latin American professionals in Canada, providing access to a pool of talent that is both qualified and motivated. By leveraging this network, you can find professionals who are ready to bring their expertise and fresh perspectives to your business, helping you to innovate and grow in a competitive market.
  • The value of hiring immigrant professionals: Hiring immigrant professionals offers numerous benefits, particularly for businesses looking to enhance their diversity and tap into a wealth of global experience. Immigrant professionals, especially those who have recently landed in Canada, bring unique skills and a strong work ethic that can drive your business forward. This session will explore the advantages of hiring from this talent pool, including how it can lead to increased innovation, better problem-solving, and a more dynamic workplace culture.
  • Early access to talent: One of the key advantages of connecting with Hispanotech is the ability to gain early access to this wealth of talent and experience. By building relationships with immigrant professionals soon after they arrive in Canada, you can secure top talent before they are absorbed by larger firms. This early access allows you to nurture and develop these professionals within your organization, creating a strong foundation for long-term growth and success.
