Idas specializes in entrepreneur programs, and deal-flow, and supports diverse, ecological-impact founders and investors. Her focus is discovering resources, and using design thinking and behavioural economic insights to design programs. She studied sociology and English at the University of Toronto, and took additional courses on design thinking and project and process management. Idas is a culture junkie and behavioural science geek and sits on the College of Electors annually for her alma mater, the University of Toronto.
