2019 Hamilton 40 under Forty Features iF Clients and Partners

Sarosha Imtiaz of Aiva Labs, Jacob Jackson of Medstack Inc., Candace Gagné of Challenger X Inc., and Monica Yazdanian of The Forge have been recognized as Hamilton’s 2019 40 Under Forty.

The honour, presented by Business Link Media Group, was first established it back in 2003.  As one of Hamilton’s most prestigious awards, this annual program recognizes 40 business people under the age of 40 who have demonstrated an extraordinary level of success in the private, public and non-profit sectors.


Sarosha Imtiaz of Aiva Labs

As co-founder of Aiva Labs, Sarosha Imtiaz and her team were the grand prize winners of LiONS LAIR 2017.  Sarosha, a McMaster Graduate, is top student entrepreneurs and marketing professionals in Southern Ontario and is actively involved in the local and start-up communities.

Jacob Jackson of Medstack Inc.

Monika Yazdanian of The Forge

Monika Yazdanian was the Director of The Forge at McMaster, Innovation Factory’s ecosystem partner and neighbour in MIP suite B21.  In her role as Director, Monika was responsible for for the strategic direction and management of The Forge, supporting over 100 companies that have raised over $20M since 2015.  Monika left the Forge at the end of September 2019 and has since taken on the role of CEO at ToeFX.
