Meet your instructor:

Amanda Calzolaio – Executive, Leadership and Team Coach | Mediator | Learning Architect

Amanda Calzolaio is an Executive, Leadership and Team Coach, and a Mediator, with a focus on designing team engagements, well-being, and creative futures. Her goal is to strengthen and support today’s leaders to find alignment and connection on their teams and within themselves while reaching their goals and sustaining their well-being. Amanda advances these goals as the Host of Today’s Leaders for Tomorrow’s Future Podcast.

Amanda specializes in helping health leaders and entrepreneurs connect with aspects of their well-being, navigate intra- and inter-personal conflicts, find fulfillment, perform, learn, and grow holistically in both in their professional and personal lives. Amanda applies her former leadership experiences as an intrapreneur in healthcare and higher education, and training in Compassion, Focusing, Internal Family Systems, and Positive Intelligence to go even deeper with her clients in a thoughtful, immersive, and evocative way. Her clients value her ability to remain compassionate, energizing, and supportive while challenging and strengthening their mental and models to make continual progress in creative and actionable ways.

Amanda holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation as a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is a member of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching. She is an Executive Coach with McMaster University’s School of Medicine Bridging Leaders Program and with Fora: Network for Change. Amanda teaches Organizational Behaviour, Leadership and Management at Conestoga College. She previously led both an anxiety disorders and a leadership Centre at major academic and teaching institutions. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Honors in Psychology and Human Behavioural Biology – now Neuroscience. Amanda also holds a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation from the University of Toronto. She is a life-long learner who lifts others.
