Tom started his career in CPG marketing at premier global companies. At his first position with General Mills, he worked on the Betty Crocker brand and expanded distribution of cereals through foodservice channels. He then moved to the Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta to work on theCoca-Cola classic brand and Fountain sales team.In 2001, he took on the marketing responsibilities at Johnsonville Sausage Company, eventually becoming the Chief Marketing Officer, leading the global expansion of the Brand.
