The Accelerator for Women in Entrepreneurship (AWE) supports success for women entrepreneurs through inclusive, educational programming and focused engagement that accelerates results for female-founded and co-founded companies. Tailored to specific needs and challenges, this program promotes business success through inclusive, educational sessions and focused engagement that accelerates results for women- founded and co-founded companies. Unlike other programs, AWE takes the perspective of turning disadvantages and challenges into strengths, opportunities and growth.
AWE SESSIONS
The AWE program is a series of workshops designed to support women entrepreneurs. Tailored to specific needs and challenges, this program promotes business success through inclusive, educational sessions and focused engagement that accelerates results for women- founded and co-founded companies.
AWE sessions are led by seasoned women in business, each sharing their perspectives, experiences, and knowledge. Gender-related issues within tech sectors are examined and presenters discuss how they navigated their way through gendered industries and how they turned challenges into opportunities.
Our sessions are delivered virtually to clients and community members.

POWER PANELS
Power Panels aim to expand mentorship and strategic connection opportunities for women-owned technology and innovation companies in Southwestern Ontario. These panels are for high potential women-owned businesses who are clients of Innovation Factory.
ADVANCED ADVISORY HOURS
Innovation Factory clients have an opportunity to leverage 1:1 mentorship. If you are a woman who has founded or co-founded a company, or a member of your company’s leadership team we can connect you with mentors to support your company’s growth.
ROADMAP TO MVP WORKSHOPS
Roadmap to MVP is a 6-part series that will help women entrepreneurs accelerate the development of their minimal viable product. These workshops are for high potential women-owned businesses who are clients of Innovation Factory.
