innovation factory offers the mars entrepreneur’s toolkit, a business bootcamp for innovators

The MaRS Entrepreneur’s Toolkit Intensive Program is a set of weekly workshops that run three times a year (Fall, Winter and Summer Intensives). The Intensives are a great opportunity for highly motivated entrepreneurs to take their startups or small-medium sized businesses to the next level, and has become popular as a bootcamp for local innovators!

Workshop topics include Starting Lean: Value Proposition, Starting Lean: Business Model, Finance Fundamentals, The MarCom Toolkit, the B2B Sales Process, Pitching to Investors, and more.

While the program is valued at over $3,000, the fee for Entrepreneur’s Toolkit Workshop is a refundable $100. It is open to all entrepreneurs with a specific project or business.
