The Black Entrepreneurship Alliance (BEA) is a dynamic organization committed to empowering Black entrepreneurs, innovators, and professionals. As a business incubator established by Black Creek Community Health Centre in collaboration with York University, the BEA provides tailored support to help Black founders scale their companies.

It offers a wide range of incubator programming, mentorship, and investor-founder networking opportunities to foster growth and sustainability. The BEA connects entrepreneurs with industry leaders, talent, and impactful networks through its wide range of programs, creating business development and success pathways.

Focused on addressing systemic barriers, the BEA is dedicated to promoting inclusive innovation, economic empowerment, and community wealth-building, ensuring Black innovators have the resources and connections they need to thrive.
