From concept to commercialization, the real challenge for entrepreneurs bringing a new product to market, especially in highly regulated markets such as the medical industry, poses unique challenges any one of which can cause the organization to fail before it achieves commercial success.

For those organizations that don’t have established systems in place, the challenge is even greater but the need to deliver the product within a specified timeframe is even higher. Fortunately, many of the challenges can be averted or the impact diminished to a manageable level. However, if the problems do occur, the organization will almost certainly require additional funding in order to deliver the product and potentially reduce the anticipated return.

In this presentation, we will discuss some of the potential issues that can arise as the organization progresses from concept to commercialization.
