This workshop will provide attendees with a novel method for developing business strategies that endure by approaching them through the lens of “rhythms”.

This workshop is designed to help you identify the rhythms that work (and don’t work) for your venture now and adapt the pacing for future scenarios. Participants will gain a new perspective and appreciation for interacting with the rhythmic nature of their business. We’ll use a fresh approach applying systems theory to map the pacing of different business factors such as: the demand seasonality, workflows of internal departments, the right-timing for partnerships, etc.
