In this workshop we will help you develop de-facto argument to take your products and services to market.
By developing a precise, consistent set of messages that everyone in the company will use to talk to customers we will optimize the likelihood of success. A customer needs to hear a message 7 times before they internalize it, so it is critical every moment of truth between the company and the target customer is consistent over time by every member of the team (sales and otherwise).
Step 1 in this process is to understand your market dynamics
Step 2 is to develop your go-to-market messages
Step 3 is to define your de-facto brand – your messages are key to this entire process.
These messages will define who you are, and why your customers should buy from you and will form the basis of your go-to-market efforts (from sales, to marketing to product management).
In this session, Big Coach Pete will walk you through the framework of creating a message reference and we will start defining the messages in the session – step by step. By the end you will have a message framework and will be tasked to go away and complete the thinking and work with our teams to complete the effort – and then Pete will be open to meeting 2-3 weeks after in one on one sessions to help refine your messaging.
During this meeting, guests will have the opportunity to network as well as be part of a Q&A session about co-working with Nancy Fornasiero of ACE. A few lucky individuals will even be going home with special door prizes from a Name Draw contest hosted by ACE.
