Leadership Presence and Confidence – Women’s Edition

This workshop invites participants to explore the concepts of leadership presence and confidence and what that means to growing a business. According to the statistics, over 80% of women never receive helpful feedback on leadership presence and more than half of women report not feeling confident. Terms like the “Imposter Syndrome” or the “Plague of Perfectionism” creep into the vocabulary more often than for male counterparts. Through presentation, discussion, examples, and hands on exercises, participants will cover:

– Defining Leadership Presence

– Self- assessment

– Understanding confidence along with hints and help to boost it to the next level

– Action planning and next steps
