As leaders, we often spend significant time and resources focused on improving our and our teams weaknesses at the expense of developing and leveraging our strengths. Discover a new approach to maximize your ROI on leadership and development by focusing on strength based management principles.
During our session, we will explore how Gallup’s Strengths Based Development approach can be used to improve individual and team performance and how this approach is ideal for meeting the needs of younger professionals who prefer individualized approaches to development. Specifically, we’ll explore how to:
- Empower staff and leaders to maximize their strengths and manage their weaknesses in their roles
- Design strengths based working alliances for work partnerships
- How to use strengths to get things done, influence people, build relationships and think/act strategically
- Create customized development plans to help emerging leaders and teams soar
- Maximize productivity while also boosting positivity in your work culture
This interaction session will provide information and an opportunity to share ideas and opportunities for applications in breakout rooms.
