Simon is a founding partner in Epiphany Coaches, a professional coaching firm with a long track record of delivering coaching programs around the globe. Simon has a passion for developing people and teams as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator. He enjoys playing the role of instigator in service of seeing clients succeed! Over the last decade, Simon has worked with hundreds of leaders in multiple industries across 5 continents.
Prior to founding Epiphany Coaches, his career of 20 years includes leadership, sales, and marketing roles in technology (Microsoft), and Education (CDI) in Canada, the U.S. and Japan.
About Katie Geoghegan
Katie is a Leadership Coach and Corporate Facilitator with a passion for connecting with people. With over 25 years of experience in education, curriculum design, coaching, and workshop facilitation, Katie brings an extensive range of skills to her clients.
Katie combines strong communication skills with her passion for front-of-the-room workshop delivery to rave reviews. She combines humour, warmth and enthusiasm to immediately engage and consistently enrol the participants she leads.
Katie runs a highly successful coaching practice and is in demand as a Team Coach, Life Coach, Course Architect and Corporate Workshop Facilitator. She is currently building and delivering numerous workshops for CIBC, Rogers, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, DeGroote School of Business, Chrysler Canada, Manulife, Hamilton Health Sciences and the West Vancouver School District.
