Designing Quality Products in New Ventures
June 30, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Explore concepts that can help your new venture develop high-quality goods and services.
This virtual presentation introduces three concepts that can help new ventures develop high-quality goods and services: the Kano Model, the Gaps Model and the Quality Function Deployment Model.
The Kano Model helps you categorize customers’ expectations for a product. The Gaps Model provides an overall view of steps you must get right in order to meet those expectations. And the Quality Function Deployment Model helps you translate those expectations into product designs.
