Pragmatica offers a VR speech therapy solution that consists of virtual reality activities that mimic the activities done in therapy sessions so that users can practice and train their communication skills without the need of a therapist present. Currently, speech therapy is very expensive ($150 – $250 per hour) and inaccessible (waitlists of 6-12 months) because there are not enough therapists to treat all the patients. Pragmatica bridges that gap by allowing therapists to handle a much higher caseload while also cutting costs for patients by having less in-person therapy sessions.
