KA Imaging, headquartered in Waterloo, ON, is a manufacturer of innovative X-ray detectors and systems for the medical, industrial, veterinary and scientific imaging markets. KA Imaging is a spinoff from the University of Waterloo, has 35 full time employees and 80 global patents. KA Imaging has designed and developed a portable, large area, multi-spectral X-ray detector called Reveal 35C that enables bone and tissue differentiation, a key advantage over current solutions.
