Company isn’t stuck in traditional workplace ‘presenteeism’ mode

Work from wherever. Work half days every day or compressed workweeks. Build a work day around family duties or to avoid long commutes.

Whatever it takes to perform, ROWE employers only care about the results. If employees don’t meet objectives, they don’t have a job.

The model throws out the concept of “presenteeism,” whereby the primary measure of work life is how many hours spent at a desk or in meetings.
