Hoda Kamel is an executive trainer, facilitator, and an experienced practitioner in the field of Marketing, Organizational Development and Culture. She specializes in Organizational TeamBuilding and Conflict Management. She is also the President of Sinai Maple Corporation, based in Ontario, Canada. With an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Kuwait University, Hoda also holds a MASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Hoda is also a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario. Hoda worked as a Product Manager for multiple semiconductor companies and hearing instrument manufacturers throughout South Western Ontario. At these companies she led key projects from the idea-phase to launch by working with teams of professionals from different areas of the organization. Hoda also spent four years as a Part-Time faculty member at the McKeil School of Business, Mohawk College in Hamilton Ontario where she taught various key marketing and business courses. Hoda is fluent in both English and Arabic, and is a Certified True Colors Facilitator. She has also completed development studies in Pragmatic Marketing with a focus on “Practical Product Management and Writing Requirements.
