REGISTER HERE:

As we gradually enter phases of re-opening in Ontario, is your business equipped with the right people to help you succeed?

Ready Willing and Able (RWA) is here to show you how inclusive employment is the solution for your talent needs. With nearly 500,000 working age adults on the Autism Spectrum or with Intellectual disabilities in Canada looking for work, we can connect you to the right person for the right job.

Join this session to learn how Ready Willing and Able is poised to help your business gain an advantage in the competitive labour market, by leveraging the skills of workers with disabilities. We provide training, education, and awareness on autism and intellectual disabilities in the workplace, and act as an extension of existing HR practices and recruitment support to connect you to the talent you need to help your business succeed.

Deliverable: Providing iF Clients and Community members with the tools they need to recruit and retain top talent and welcome new team members with diverse abilities as they prepare to re-open across Ontario.

Ready Willing and Able is a federal initiative designed to support the capacity and confidence of employers to create inclusive workplaces by welcoming new team members with autism and intellectual disabilities. We engage with employers to support them in finding the right people for the right jobs.
