Key Business Decision Making During the Economic Reopening
August 13 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
In our first webinar, “Navigating Through Turbulent Times,” we looked at early warning dashboards and checklists of immediate action items to get through the crisis.
In this session, “Business Decision Making During Re-Opening,” Steven Karpenko will present a playbook for emerging from the pandemic as a stronger and more flexible business, that is better prepared for the challenges of the present and the uncertainty in what lies ahead.
Key topics will be leading through crisis and identifying opportunities while operating within the “new normal.”
